Only the youngest leaf tips are picked in April//May and then hand rolled into tiny pearl size pellets. The marrying of the Jasmine to the tea happens in two applications after which the Jasmine petals are removed. When infused with hot water, the pellets slowly unfold, releasing a wonderful, delicate, slightly sweet and floral cup.
