Called The Champagne of Teas, this tea is the personal choice of many professional tea tasters.The naturally curly leaves are partial oxidized and turn a greenish-brown, a compromise between green and black teas. A fancy Oolong produces a beautiful amber cup with delicate peach pit flavor. Although not much lower in caffiene Oolongs are considerably lower in acid than black teas.
