Full City Roast (our Light French): A great way to achieve a stout coffee with heightened flavor and body. Several of our coffee origins are roasted to this temperature, but when ordered as Light French, we are utilizing a Mexican Altura Coatepec bean. The style of the roast itself actually adds its own flavor as an element of the cup.
