Typically much lighter in acidity, this small round bean with a cleft in the middle offers a livelier cup than its Kilimanjaro brother. Aroma and body are still full like the Kenyas that are harvested just across the border. All peaberries show an unmatched uniformity in the roast, but are usually only ten percent of the pick. These are wet processed.
