Mocha Sanani Yemen: Named for the ancient port of Moka from which it was first shipped, this dry, arid area produces a bean that is extra hard and small. This coffee has a clear, distinctive, winy, deliciously piquant, gamy flavor and a heavy body. Production happens in small gardens carved into steep hillsides in the mountain regions.
