Jamaican Blue Mountain: This selection is the only one that comes to us in a wooden barrel (an unmistakable reference to its Estate origin). JBL is renowned for its balanced cup, medium acidity, excellent body and smooth, chocolate finish. Known to be derived from one single rootstock from heirloom quality Arabica plants, and the stringent oversight of the coffee industry board, JBL takes three to four months longer in maturation than other origins. Truly, a coffee set apart.

This JBM coffee is not only the real deal, but it is better than any of the Blue Mountain coffee that I have brought back from my visits to the island. We should all feel blessed to be able to share Bill's passion and expertise for these finer things in life!
