A heavy bean, with two to three times the size of its varietal counterpart, this low-yield green has a bit more body and a lush, non-acidic pleasantness. Like the Brazil Bourbon, this is great selection for those moving over to the gourmets. At one time the stepchild of the grower, it now holds a place in the row with its siblings.
