New Orleans Blend: How could we not represent the coffee from our neighbors to the east. This selection shows our Italian Roast with imported French chicory. Ground and roasted, chicory adds an earthiness to the full body and robust flavor. Chicory comes from the root of the endive plant.

Well, my wife for better or worse is a Parisian woman trapped with me. I love New Orleans, and INSTANTLY this aroma brought it all back to me! Reminded me of our time together in New Orleans. The flavor was Classic "Nawlins" and the Chicory was essential. The coffee was such a perfect blend alone or with the kicked flavor of chicory. The aroma alone brings me back, but the flavor without any sweeteners or trimmings made a perfect cup every time! Truly a favorite that has no comparison. I will say, this is the type of coffee that you will love or hate. Chicory is not for everyone and is a bold smell/flavor, but one that should at least be experienced to discover the love or dislike of it all on your own.
